Once your pawtrait is complete and you have confirmed we will then send to print and dispatch or if you ordered a digital download we will deliver this instantly.

Royal Mail is our choice of delivery courier for all pawtraits.

Standard delivery is 3-5 days.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK addressed orders!

Due to the high volume of orders we receive that are gifts, we no longer include an invoice showing the price in our packaging.

All of our packaging is also unbranded so as to not spoil the surprise.

Unfortunately, we cannot send a preview before you have made your order as a lot of time goes into drawing each portrait.

Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product.

If we offered a preview before purchase we would have a lot of time wasters. However, we do offer ‘free unlimited revisions’ which is your guarantee that you will love your order when you receive it!

We email you a preview and you can make as many changes as you want, free of charge. We only print it when you love it and are completely happy to proceed.

Yes! However, we would typically recommend having your artwork drawn from the upper-body to head as this will allow your pets face to appear larger on the print. (This is most-common)

Yes we can. All you need to do is select the 2 x animals option from the options available on the shop page. You may add any notes to clarify this is what you’d like.

It is better to have one photo with both pets in if possible as this creates the original feeling of the photo better. If you don’t have a photo of both pets together then you can upload separate photos of the pets and we will include them both in the finished product.

Yes absolutely!

Yes we’d love to honour your pets passing by creating an unforgettable pawtrait. We often create portraits of pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. We’re always able to work with our customers and make this work even if they do not have a clear photo of their pet. Our artists are very talented at what they do! No, all pets are welcome at Pet Portrait Gift. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, budgies, reptiles, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats, birds – in fact, any pet you own!

Don’t worry about anything in your photo; we will only print your beautiful pets! Messy rooms, kids, family photos, toys, etc will not be included unless specifically requested otherwise.

Once you’ve placed your order with us we usually start designing the same day. We aim to get you your preview pawtrait in 48-72hrs for you to check and confirm

You have no worries; we will make sure you are 100% happy with your design with unlimited revisions.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer, photos taken from your phone work perfectly!

Follow these guidelines for the perfect photo:

– Submit files to us in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI

– Good lighting is key, outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos

– Bad lighting makes it difficult to distinguish features, so please try to avoid

– Try to avoid shadows showing in the picture and don’t use flash

– Take the photo with the pet sitting upright and at eye level with the camera

– Try to capture an image with your pet looking away slightly

– Close up images are the best, so the artists can see your pets unique features

– Make sure all the facial features are in the image (including the ears)

– Portrait mode on iOS works great

– Do not upload blurred photos

Our artists go through an in-depth photo quality review, so you have nothing to worry about

The digital download is when we produce the image of your pet in your selected style and send you the artwork via email. This is a high-resolution image that is 300 DPI making it suitable for printing your own copies that will be high-quality. We will send you both JPEG and PNG file formats of the image.

Once purchased, you will own the full rights to the digital download to do as you please! You can also use the art as a screensaver, print your own copies, and more.

Frames are NOT included in the prices shown to keep postage and product costs down. We have found that because of the wide range of frames available in the marketplace, customers tend to prefer to buy their own frames depending on their own preferences.

A4 and A3 frames are relatively cheap to purchase from places like Home Bargains, The Range or Ikea starting from a few pounds.

The prints are designed to fit within standard frame sizes.

Yes, absolutely! We offer a ‘100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee’. We will work with you until you are 100% happy with your artwork so you can also make as many changes as required until you are happy with your preview.

We care about our customers and we care about getting it right.

We understand that you may be shopping for someone else, but at this time we cannot include personal notes in or gift wrapping.

But don’t worry, they’ll be so thrilled with their new custom goodies they won’t care what you had to say anyway!

It usually takes our artists 2-3 days to create your artwork and email you a preview. However, during busy and holiday periods this can take up to 7 days.

Please make sure to check your spam folder as occasionally the preview will be stuck there.

We understand our products may seem a bit pricey, but we decided to focus on quality over quantity.

This means we use premium materials for our products, and all artwork is hand-drawn by our highly talented artists.

We also offer ‘free unlimited revisions’ to ensure your product is perfect before we print it.

Please be cautious if you come across a company selling similar products for a fraction of the price. We have had countless emails from customers telling us horror stories about how they came across another company selling similar products for cheaper, so naturally, you would go with the company offering the best price. However, these companies either never delivered the product, or if they did, it was much poorer quality than shown online.

If you have a change of mind about your order you must email us within 1 hour after placing your order at contact@petportraitgift.co.uk. We try to start designing as soon as we receive your order so as to keep up with demand, so anything over 1 hour we will only be able to credit you along with a cancellation fee of £15.

We send a preview of all our products to ensure you will be happy with the result. You also get FREE unlimited revisions – we’ll work with you until you’re 100% happy with the result.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product when you receive it, please contact us at contact@petportraitgift.co.uk and we will make it right.
