This means we will work with you on your pawtrait until you are happy. You are welcome to make as many changes as you like before printing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at contact@petportraitgift.co.uk and we will do our best to make things right.
If you have a change of mind about your order you must email us within 1 hour after placing your order at contact@petportraitgift.co.uk. We try to start designing as soon as we receive your order so as to keep up with demand, so anything over 1 hour we will only be able to credit you along with a cancellation fee of £15.
As this is a customised personal service which we spend multiple hours on per design we do not offer returns/refunds.
If the portrait arrives damaged from transit we will replace but please send us proof of damage via the contact us page.
