You don’t need to be a professional photographer, photos taken from your phone work perfectly!
Follow these guidelines for the perfect photo:
• Submit files to us in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI
• Good lighting is key, outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos
• Bad lighting makes it difficult to distinguish features, so please try to avoid
• Try to avoid shadows showing in the picture and don’t use flash
• Take the photo with the pet sitting upright and at eye level with the camera
• Try to capture an image with your pet looking away slightly
• Close up images are the best, so the artists can see your pets unique features
• Make sure all the facial features are in the image (including the ears)
• Portrait mode on iOS works great
• Do not upload blurred photos
